Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers (RCF) has issued Commercial Paper for Rs 1.20 billion on July 5, 2017, in favour of ICICI Bank, having maturity date as September 29, 2017. This step has been taken in terms of the guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
