Joonktollee Tea & Industries, a leader in producing quality teas and has one of the best Assam CTC Mark in North India, announced that the company has entered into a share purchase agreement for acquiring 100% equity shares of Keshava Plantations with the Chaliha family for acquisition of Azizbagh Tea Estate in Assam with factory for a consideration of Rs 275 million. Acquisition will be completed before March, 2016.
