GeeCee Ventures announced that Gaurav Shyamsukha has resigned from the position of chief financial officer of the company with effect from June 30, 2013.
Future Plans
The company plans to expand at Nagda. It plans to set up a new plant at Nagda and Ankleshwar for producing second stage downstream products, including benzyl esters and acid chlorides and a new plant for viscose dye pigments from the proceeds of the present issue.
