Reliance Chemotex Industries announced that subject to approval of the Stock Exchange the finance committee has allotted 1,90,000 equity shares on preferential basis at a premium of Rs 23 a share on Mar. 31, 2014 to A S Chemotex a promoter group company as per resolutions passed in Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on Mar. 20, 2014.
