Manappuram Finance plans to raise Rs 5 bn through NCDs

Manappuram Finance, the credit rated gold loan company, is planning to raise Rs 5 billion through Secured, Rated Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) for Rs 1 billion with an option to retain oversubscription upto Rs 4 billion and in this regard company’s board of directors holding a meeting of Financial Resources and Management Committee on December 24, 2021. The above issuance is pursuant to the approval of the Board of Directors resolution passed at its meeting held on March 19, 2021.

Shares of the company gained Rs 3.15 or 2.02%, to trade at Rs 158.85. The total volume of shares traded was 137,550 at the BSE (10.47 a.m, Wednesday).
