Comments  |  Post Comment Karma Energy announced that the board of directors at their meeting held on December 08 has approved disinvestment of entire stake in wholly owned material subsidiary company namely - Batot Hydro Power. The total consideration to be received from such disposal is Rs 10 per share aggregating to Rs 350 million.
