Transwarranty Finance has received approval for allotment of Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) under Sixteenth Tranche/Series P/2021-22, amounting to Rs 60 lakh on private placement basis. The Debenture Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has vide Circular Resolution dated Sep. 06, 2021 approved the same.
Shares of Transwarranty Finance are trading at Rs 4.78, up Rs 0.14, or 3.02% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Tuesday at 3:30 p.m.
The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 4.78 and low of Rs 4.40. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 584.
In the earlier session, the shares climbed 4.27%, or Rs 0.19, at Rs 4.64.
Currently, the stock is trading down 29.19% from its 52-week high of Rs 6.75 and above 115.32% over the 52-week low of Rs 2.22.
