Emaar MGF Land is tapping the capital markets with an initial public offering (IPO) of 117,389,914 million equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at a price to be decided through a 100% book-building process. The issue will open on Feb. 01, 2008 and close on Feb. 11, 2008 at a revised price band fixed between Rs 530 to Rs 630 a share.
