ACC, the biggest cement maker in India and a unit of Holcim, today announced fall of 45.76% in consolidated net profit to Rs 2.51 billion for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2012 as compared to Rs 4.63 billion in the same period last year.

ACC, the biggest cement maker in India and a unit of Holcim, reported a rise of 0.49% in October 2012 cement production at 2.05 million tons from 2.04 million tons for October 2011.
