Seamec, engaged in the offshore and shipping business has entered into an agreement with Jawandamal Dhannamal for Scrap of Vessel 'SEAMEC I' at a price of Rs 108.5 million exclusive of GST. The delivery will be by July 15, 2021 upon receipt of approval from appropriate government authorities.

Shares of the company declined Rs 4.55 or 0.93%, to settle  at  Rs 485.  The total volume of shares traded  was  4,312 at  the BSE (Tuesday).

The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 508.60 and low of Rs 480. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 4,312.
