Rollatainers is one of the largest integrated packaging company announced that its board has approved the proposal for Disposal of Investment in Boutonniere Hospitality (Associate Company). The Consideration to be received from said sale / disposal is Rs 340 million.

The Board of Directors in its meeting held on Aug. 23, 2021, has considered and approved appointment of S. Khurana & Associates, Practicing Company Secretary, as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for Financial Year 2020-21.

Shares of the company gained Rs 0.14, or 6.06%, to trade at  Rs 2.45.  The total volume of shares traded is 42,560 at the BSE (11.21 a.m.,Wednesday). The scrip has touched a high of Rs 2.49 and low of Rs 2.31.
