Updates Alok Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that the Committee of Directors formed for the purpose of dealing with various issues related to Company's Rights Issue at its meeting held on March 13, 2010 decided to extend the date for accepting the payment for first and final call of Rs.5/- per equity share on the remaining partly paid rights equity shares till April 30, 2010.
