ICICI Bank, one of the India's largest private sector banks, on Thursday said that the bank has allotted equity shares under ESOS.

The bank has allotted 609,295 equity shares of face value of 2 each on Dec. 10, 2020 under the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).

Shares of ICICI Bank traded at Rs 506.95, down Rs 4.35, or 0.85%  at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Thursday.

The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 514.40 and low of Rs 498.80. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 1,011,151.

The stock touched its 52-week high at Rs 552.40 and 52-week low at Rs 269 on Dec. 30, 2019 and Mar. 24, 2020 respectively.
