Allied Digital Services (ADSL), is a global managed service provider and systems Integrator, has bagged a six-year contract valued at USD 88 million (Rs 6,500 million) pure services business to transform IT operating model and infrastructure landscape across workplace management, for a global automotive giant.
The transformation will establish a fully scalable on-demand digital IT anytime-anywhere workplace and empower the end-customer to propel business growth. The contract will span work in several countries. Apart from India we would be managing this contract through our subsidiaries in USA, Canada, Japan, China, Brazil, UK, Singapore, Australia and EU.

Shares of the company gained Rs 5.95, or 9.95%, to settle at Rs 65.75. The total volume of shares traded was 173,997 at the BSE (Wednesday).
