After ending the previous session roughly flat, US stocks market continued to turn in a lackluster performance during trading on Tuesday. The choppy trading on Wall Street came as traders expressed uncertainty about the near-term outlook for the markets after the Dow and S&P 500 reached record highs.
The European markets ended Tuesdays session firmly in negative territory. Mixed corporate earnings results weighed on investor sentiment, as well as the strengthening of the Euro.
