Indian markets are likely to open weak tracking global indices and SGX Nifty, said Angel Broking in its report.
U.S. markets had another day of weak trading and ended with modest loss. Though the selling pressure was subdued, investors remained wary of the ongoing geopolitical tension. News that North Korea is planning to strike the US territory of Guam came as a point of worry for investors. Markets could remain under pressure in the near term.
The European markets ended sharply lower on Wednesday as investors fled to safe heaven, due to the growing tension between the USA and North Korea.
