Dilip Buildcon has received Letter of Award from Ircon International, (Government of India Undertaking) for a new EPC Project valued at Rs 1.57 billion in the State of Karnataka. The project involves the six laning of Davenagere-Haveri on NH-48.

Further, as per company's Code of Conduct of Prevention of insider trading and pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time, the tradlng window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its designated employees, directors and promoters shall remain closed from February 22, 2018 ro February 24, 2078 (both days inclusive).

Shares of the company gained Rs 10.90, or 1.14%, to trade at  Rs 968.85.  The total volume of shares traded  was  7,495 at the BSE (10.05 a.m., Friday).
