Vascon Engineers, one of the most trusted and renowned developer headquartered in Pune recently signed a pact with Lina Ashar Foundation, a pioneer in the education space to construct the first Billabong High School at a prime location in Hadapsar, Pune.

Spread over 2 acres the school will be constructed on a total built up area of approximately 135,000 sqft. As per the agreement, Vascon will develop a Built-to-suit property and deliver on a long term lease to Lina Ashar Foundation in phases. The planned Billabong High International School will provide state-of-the-art infrastructure in terms of design & facilities to create a unique learning experience that will be first of its kind in the city. The school will provide education to approximately 2,200 students and will include amenities essential for Integrated and holistic learning.

The location of the school is one of the most vibrant micro-markets of Pune and in close vicinity of up-market residential developments in Magarpatta City, Amanora Township and Kharadi.
