NHPC, an Indian electric utilities company, Tuesday announced that the company has restored two units (Unit 2 and Unit 3) of Chamera-III power station while restoration of Unit 1 is under progress. The Unit 2 has been restored on Aug. 17, 2015 while Unit 3 has been restored on Aug. 16, 2015.

Recently, the company disclosed a good increase in standalone net profit for the quarter ended June 2015.  During the quarter, the profit of the company rose 24.53% to Rs 7,671.70 million from Rs 6,160.30 million  in the same quarter last year.

Revenues for the quarter declined marginally 2.31% to Rs 20,073.90 million, compared with Rs 20,548.50 million for the prior year period

Shares of the company gained Rs 0.1, or 0.55%, to trade at Rs 18.35. The total volume of shares traded was 159,641 at the BSE (12.59 p.m., Tuesday).
