DCB Bank said that the bank has allotted 20,490 equity shares of Rs 10 pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOPs) of the Bank. Post allotment, bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 25,07,74,222 shares of Rs 10 each.

Recently, the Bank has allotted 83,500 equity shares of Rs 10 each on Sept. 03, 2014, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOPs) of the Bank. Post allotment, bank's issued and paid up share capital increased to 25,07,53,732 shares of Rs 10  each.

Shares of the bank declined Rs 3.35, or 3.73%, to settle at Rs 86.45. The total volume of shares traded was 191,500 at the BSE (Tuesday).
