''Gold prices gave fresh breakdown below USD 1,240 and now can extend its fall towards USD 1,215-USD 1,220 in coming days. Prices are expected to have intraday resistance at USD 1,242 i.e. Rs 27,030-Rs 27,060 and selling can be seen there. Prices on lower side can extend the fall towards USD 1,226 i.e. Rs 26,850. Prices should not move above USD 1,251 i.e. Rs 27,150 to maintain negative outlook for the day,'' said Emkay Commotrade.

''Silver December prices are expected to have intraday resistance at Rs 41,200-41,300 and prices can drift lower towards Rs 40,600 and Rs 40,400. Prices should not move above Rs 41,700 to maintain negative outlook for the day,'' it added.
