NMDC shares gained on Wednesday after the company announced that it  has achieved production and sales of iron ore of 12.10 million tons and 13.57 million tons respectively (provisional) upto August 2014.

Rolled over the August, 2014 prices of iron ore (Lumps - Rs 4600 Rs/WMT, Fines - Rs 3160 Rs/WMT) to the month of September, 2014.

Shares of the company are trading at Rs 175.30, up Rs 0.75, or 0.43% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Wednesday at 11:18 a.m.

The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 176.20 and low of Rs 174.30. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 67,326.
