Surana Industries said that the company has appointed Deloitte Has
kins & Sells as statutory auditor for the financial year ending Mar. 31, 2015.
"The appointment is to fill the casual vacancy raised on resignation of CSP Jain & Co, chartered accountants and to confirm of the shareholders at ensuing extra-ordinary general meeting of the members on Sept. 30, 2014," the company said.
Shares of the company declined Rs 0.75, or 1.41%, to settle at Rs 52.50. The total volume of shares traded was 25 at the BSE (Thursday).
