The international Brent crude oil price of Indian Basket went down 0.70% to USD 102.80 a barrel (bbl) on Aug. 5, 2014. This was lower than the price of USD 103.52 a bbl on Aug. 4, 2014.

In rupee terms, the price of Brent crude decreased to Rs 6,257.44 a bbl on Aug. 5, 2014 as compared to Rs 6,316.79 a bbl on Aug. 4, 2014.  Rupee closed stronger at Rs 60.87 a USD on Aug. 5, 2014 as against Rs 61.02 a USD on Aug. 4, 2014. 

The crude oil price of average of Oman & Dubai was USD 103.69 a barrel (bbl) on Aug. 5, 2014. This was higher than the price of USD 103.68 a bbl on previous publishing day of Aug. 4, 2014.

 In rupees terms, Oman & Dubai crude average price decreased to Rs 6,311.61 a bbl on Aug. 5, 2014 as compared to Rs 6,326.55 a bbl on Aug. 4, 2014.
