Amtek Auto announced a sharp rise in standalone net profit for the quarter ended June 2014. During the quarter, the profit of the company rose 60.57% to Rs 860.80 million from Rs 536.10 million in the same quarter previous year.
Net sales for the quarter surged 71.43% to Rs 10,643.80 million, compared with Rs 6,209 million for the prior year period.
Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 3.94, registering 60.82% growth over previous year period.
