UltraTech Cement said a marginal decline in consolidated net profit for the quarter ended June 2014. During the quarter, the profit of the company declined 6.06% to Rs 6,280.80 million from Rs 6,686.10 million in the same quarter last year.
Net sales for the quarter rose 13.91% to Rs 60,323.00 million, compared with Rs 52,959 million for the prior year period.
Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 22.86, registering 5.93% decline over previous year period.
