Sadbhav Engineering announced that the joint venture led by the company has been awarded the project of Rs 1.50 billion by South West Mining (Employer).

The JV company received order for hiring heavy earth moving equipments with operators, maintains staff & facilities for excavation work at Kapurdi Lignite Mines, Barmer, Rajasthan.

The company's name in joint venture known as ' Sadbhav - Vishnushiva (JV)'. The company will lead the joint venture with 75% participation share.

The contract period is for two years and nine months and can be extendable for further period of 10 years at option of employer on the same price, terms and conditions.

Shares of the company gained Rs 5.25, or 2.77%, to settle at Rs 194.45. The total volume of shares traded was 24,566 at the BSE (Wednesday).
