Siemens said Thursday the company has sold the land parcel in Bangalore to Prestige City Properties as part of its asset optimization exercise.

The proceeds of the sale is approximately Rs 3.45 billion, it said.

Shares of the company declined Rs 2.50, or 0.25%, to settle at Rs 988.35. The total volume of shares traded was 10,821 at the BSE (Thursday).
