Granules India's paracetamol facility clears USFDA inspection

Granules India, a provider pharmaceutical products and services, said on Monday its Paracetamol facility successfully passed a USFDA inspection without any 483 observations. The facility has the world's largest single API production line by volume.

Granules' four API facilities have successfully USFDA inspections in the past 12 months. All of Franules' facilities including its finished dosage and PFI facility are approved by leading regulatory agencies including the USFDA, EDQM, health Canada and Korean FDA.

Shares of the company gained Rs 6, or 1.44%, to trade at Rs 401.90 at the BSE (10.54 a.m., Monday).
