Suzlon Energy shares rallied on Thursday after the company has been awarded a 100.8 MW order by ReNew Wind Power, a leading IPP in the wind energy sector. The project is scheduled for execution at the Bhesada wind site, Dist Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.
As per the agreement, the group will not only supply 48 units of its robust S97-120 m WTG's but will also oversee operations, maintenance and service of the wind site over the contracted period.
Shares of the company are trading at Rs 29.25, up Rs 0.8, or 2.81% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Thursday at 9:54 a.m.
The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 29.85 and low of Rs 28.85. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 4,168,794.
In the earlier session, the shares rose 9.85%, or Rs 2.55, at Rs 28.45.
Currently, the stock is trading all time 52-week high, which is above 411.36% over the 52-week low of Rs 5.72.
