Opto Circuits (India), a medical devices company, climbed on Wednesday after its board of directors approved the increasing authorised share capital to Rs 7 billion from present authorised share capital of Rs 3 billion and also to make necessary amendments in the memorandum of association in this regard.
Shares of the company are trading at Rs 32.90, up Rs 1.25, or 3.95% at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Wednesday at 11:13 a.m.
The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 33.65 and low of Rs 32.50. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 524,714.
In the earlier session, the shares declined 4.52%, or Rs 1.5, at Rs 31.65. Currently, the stock is trading down 45.44% from its 52-week high of Rs 60.30 and above 84.83% over the 52-week low of Rs 17.80.
