Initial public offering of Wonderla Holidays has been subscribed to nearly 38 times on the final day as of 5.30 pm as per the data from the websites of the stock exchanges - NSE and BSE. Over 1.10 lakhs applications are received from Investors.

Qualified institutional buyers' portion was subscribed to approximately around 16.71 times; the Non Institutional Investors' (High Net worth Individuals -  HNIs) portion was subscribed to approximately around 159.04 times and the retail individual investors' portion was fully subscribed to approximately around 7.03 times, as per the websites of the stock exchanges.     

The IPO sized approximately around Rs 1.80 billion (at the upper end of the Price Band) received bids for 120,23,600 shares against 1,23,25,000 shares on offer, data available on the NSE till 1700 hrs on Apr. 22, 2014 showed. Total Bids received at cut-off price were for 63,30,400 equity shares, as per NSE website.

The price band has been fixed between Rs 115 and Rs 125 a share. The issue would constitute 25.66% of the fully diluted post Issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
