B S L disclosed a sharp rise in standalone net profit for the quarter ended March 2014. During the quarter, the profit of the company rose 60.00% to Rs 3.20 million from Rs 2.00 million in the same quarter previous year.
Net sales for the quarter rose 18.72% to Rs 834.70 million, compared with Rs 703 million for the prior year period.
Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 0.31, registering 63.16% growth over previous year period.
