The international crude oil price of Indian Basket went up 0.21% to USD 105.32 a barrel (bbl) on Apr. 10, 2014. This was marginally higher than the price of USD 105.10 a bbl on previous trading day of Apr. 9, 2014.

In rupee terms also, the price of Indian Basket increased to Rs 6,341.32 a bbl on Apr. 10, 2014 as compared to Rs 6,313.36 a bbl on Apr. 9, 2014. This was due to price rise in dollar terms and rupee depreciation.

Rupee closed weaker at Rs 60.21 a USD on Apr. 10, 2014 as against Rs 60.07 a USD on Apr. 9, 2014.
