Bombay Rayon Fashions said on Wednesday that as a part of restructuring exercise, the company has declared a lock-out at its mill division located at Dodaballapur, Bangalore.

Further, the company's code of conduct for prevention of insider trading, the company further note that the trading window has been closed and shall remain closed up to Mar. 20, 2014.

Shares of the company declined Rs 4.95, or 2.48%, to settle at Rs 195.05. The total volume of shares traded was 67,380 at the BSE (Wednesday).
