Vikram Akula, Sequoia Capital sell 2.2% stake in SKS Microfinance

SKS Mutual Benefit Trust Medak has picked 0.94% stake in SKS Microfinance on Tuesday for Rs 134.12 million. It has bought 1.02 million shares at a price of Rs 130.79 on the BSE.

On the other hand, Sequoia Capital India Growth Investments has sold 1.38% stake in the company for Rs 198 million. It has sold 1.5 million shares at a price of Rs 132 on the BSE.

Moreover, Vikram Akula has sold 0.83% stake in the company for Rs 119.68 million. He has sold 0.90 million shares at a price of Rs 132 on the BSE.

Shares of the company declined Rs 7.15, or 5.4%, to trade at Rs 125.15. The total volume of shares traded was 258,995 at the BSE (1.37 p.m., Wednesday).
