Trigyn Technologies, an innovative, software-led solutions provider and systems integrator, has entered into memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Iris Corporation Berhad, Malaysia to engage in the following areas of Implementation of smart card solutions for transportation and logistics, automated fare collection, passenger baggage verification system, etc.
Earlier, the company has been awarded an enterprise technology staffing support contract by the city of Baltimore, department of finance, bureau of purchases.
The award is for an initial duration of two years, with an option to renew for three additional one year periods. The award is subject to approval by the board of estimates, the company said.
Shares of the company gained Rs 3.1, or 4.06%, to settle at Rs 79.50. The total volume of shares traded was 80,825 at the BSE (Monday).
