Thomas Cook's arm concludes acquisition of 70% stake in Vedang

Thomas Cook India's subsidiary Quess Corp has completed the acquisition of 70% equity in Vedang Cellular Services on November 10, 2017.

Vedang Cellular Services was incorporated on April 5, 2010. Over the last 2 years, Vedang has been working with major Telecom OEM's providing Telecom Network Optimization, Active Components Installation and Managed Services in India. 

Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was higher by 3.97% to 215,619 compared with 22-day average volume of 207,379.

Shares of the company gained Rs 2.7, or 1.15%, to trade at Rs 236.50. The total volume of shares traded was 186,898 at the BSE (10.42 a.m., Tuesday).
