Reliance Wealth Management has picked 1% stake in Nitin Spinners for Rs 33.52 million. It purchased 0.46 million shares at a price of Rs 73.04 a share on the National Stock Echange (NSE).

Nitin Spinners is an India-based company. The company is engaged in textiles and manufactures cotton yarns and fabric.

Shares of the company declined Rs 2.4, or 3.18%, to trade at Rs 73.00. The total volume of shares traded was 307,761 at the BSE (12.03 p.m., Wednesday).
