NBCC wins order worth Rs 1.72 bn from Govt of India

NBCC (India) has received a Letter of Award (LoA) of work from Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Govt. of India for construction of office building i.e. Kaushal Bhawan at New Delhi. The estimated cost of project is Rs. 1.72 billion (approx).

The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till Dec. 12, 2018, falling 23.61% compared with the Sensex's 2.78% rise. It underperformed the market in past one quarter, declining 25.37% as against 5.14% fall in the Sensex.

Shares of the company gained Rs 1.75, or 3.35%, to trade at Rs 54.00. The total volume of shares traded was 0 at the BSE (9.02 a.m., Thursday).
