Majesco, a global provider of core insurance software, has fixed Friday, Dec. 25, 2020 as record date for ascertaining eligibility of shareholders for payment of interim dividend for financial year 2020-21, to be declared by the board of directors of the company.

Shares of Majesco was last trading at Rs 982, up Rs 7.50, or 0.77%  at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Friday.

The scrip has touched an intra-day high of Rs 983.60 and low of Rs 975. The total volume of shares traded at the BSE is 257,312.

Currently, the stock is trading all time 52-week high, which is above 475.78% over the  52-week low of Rs 170.55.
