KNR Constructions' joint venture (JV) 'KNR-HES-ACPL' has bagged order worth of Rs 8.84 billion towards formation of Konda Pochamma Sagar for a capacity of 15.00 TMC near Pamulaparthi (v), Markook(M), Siddipet District-Reach-1 from Km 0.000 to Km 5.500 with all associated components in the state of Telangana.

The order is to be completed within a period of 18 months from the appointed date.

Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was higher by 357.99% to 532,600 compared with 22-day average volume of 116,291.

Shares of the company gained Rs 5.75, or 2.71%, to trade at Rs 217.80. The total volume of shares traded was 76,468 at the BSE (9.59 a.m., Friday).
