Gayatri Projects in Joint Venture (JV) with NCC and HES has won Rs 14.83 billion irrigation project for the formation of Sri Komaravelli Mallanna Sagar Reservoir with a capacity of 50 TMC, as part of the prestigious Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Project (KLIP).

Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was higher by 107.43% to 594,565 compared with 22-day average volume of 286,637.

Gayatri Projects is a Hyderabad-based infrastructure and construction company with a presence across the segment, primarily undertaking road and irrigation projects.

Shares of the company declined Rs 8.85, or 4.56%, to trade at Rs 185.15. The total volume of shares traded was 25,524 at the BSE (3.04 p.m., Monday).
