European stock markets settled higher on Wednesday as investors waited for U.S. President Donald Trump's tax-revamp plan.
UK's benchmark index FTSE 100 went up 13.08 points or 0.18 percent to close at 7,288.72. Germany's benchmark index DAX gained 5.76 points or 0.05 percent to end at 12,472.80. French benchmark index CAC 40 rose 10.00 points or 0.19 percent to end at 5,287.88.
On the other hand, Europe's leading Blue-chip index, EURO STOXX 50 fell 4.45 points or 0.12 percent to settle at 3,578.71.
