Asian stock markets are trading lower on Friday. Japan's benchmark index, Nikkei 225 lost 38.42 points or 0.2 percent to trade at 19,333.04. China's benchmark index, Shanghai Composite declined 14.26 points or 0.44 percent to trade at 3,237.11.

Hong Kong's Hang Seng declined 128.11 points or 0.53 percent to trade at 23,986.75. Singapore's Straits Times fell 19.09 points or 0.61 percent to trade at 3,118.48.

South Korea's KOSPI fell 10.20 points or 0.48 percent to trade at 2,097.43. Taiwan's TAIEX 0.31 points or 0 percent to trade at 9,769.62.
