On Monday, US stock markets closed higher. The Dow Jones Industrial Average gained 155.93 points or 0.86 percent to settle at 18,288.63. While NASDAQ 100 index went up 42.38 points or 0.95 percent to close at 4,483.05. The broader S&P 500 index rose 12.89 points or 0.61 percent to end at 2,117.39.
