Pincon Spirit has acquired 100 goods transport vehicles from Tata Motors for increasing its captive logistics infrastructure.

With the ongoing implementation of West Bengal State Beverages Corporation in FY18, the company by adding on to the captive logistics infrastructure has equipped for catering to transportation of much greater volume of goods and also for cost curtailment in transportation which shall add on to incremental bottom line.

Shares of Pincon Spirit gained Rs 3.10, or 4.97%, to trade at Rs 65.40. The total volume of shares traded was 60,468 at the BSE (12.45 p.m., Tuesday).

Shares of Tata Motors gained Rs 5.8, or 1.25%, to trade at Rs 471.30. The total volume of shares traded was 98,659 at the BSE (12.51 p.m., Tuesday).
