PNC Infratech announced that PNC Triveni Sangam Highways, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has submitted duly executed financing documents to NHAI under Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) Projects.

The project is for six-laning of Chakeri Allahabad section NH-2 (from km 483.687 to km 628.753) in the state of Uttar Pradesh under NHPD Phase-V. Bid Project Cost is Rs 21.59 billion.

Shares of the company gained Rs 154.75, or 0%, to trade at Rs 154.75. The total volume of shares traded was 6,668 at the BSE (1.18 p.m., Tuesday).
