Most Asian stock markets settled sharply higher on Friday, after European Central Bank President Mario Draghi unveiled an expanded stimulus plan.
Japan's benchmark index, Nikkei 225 went up 182.73 points or 1.05 percent to settle at 17,511.75.
While China's benchmark index, Shanghai Composite gained 8.42 points or 0.25 percent to close at 3,351.76. Hong Kong's Hang Seng gained 327.82 points or 1.34 percent to end at 24,850.45.
Singapore's Straits Times went up 41.21 points or 1.22 percent to end at 3,411.50. South Korea's KOSPI gained 15.27 points or 0.79 percent to end at 1,936.09. Taiwan's TAIEX gained 101.43 points or 1.08 percent to end at 9,470.94.
