Welspun Ent consortium emerges lowest bidder for Bihar project

Welspun Enterprises' consortium has emerged as the Lowest Bidder (L-1) at Bid Price of Rs 10.45 billion for six- Laning from Aunta-Simaria (Ganga Bridge with Approach Roads) Section from km 197.900 to km 206.050 of NH-31 in the state of Bihar under Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM).

National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) has opened the Bid on July 19, 2017 for the consortium led by the company has emerged as the L-1 bidder. The company has not received any formal communication (Letter of Award) from NHAI in this regard.

Shares of the company gained Rs 3.35, or 2.68%, to trade at Rs 128.25 at the BSE (Thursday).
